SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

 Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-hours of order confirmation. This is unless otherwise stated on this website or via email – for example, if our shop is in holiday mode or if there is an issue with the order.

 All items are packed and shipped with care to help ensure items are delivered safely and promptly.

 Standard shipping is available to UK mainland and Channel Islands. Items sent by this method are delivered by Royal Mail Second Class parcel delivery, and should arrive within two working days of dispatch. Express shipping is available to UK mainland and Channel Islands. Items sent by this method are delivered by Royal Mail First Class Delivery, and should arrive the next working day after dispatch.

 Customers can choose their preferred shipping method at checkout. The cost of shipping is also calculated at this stage.

Returns & exchanges

 We will gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances.

  • You contact us within: 14 days of delivery.

  • Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

  • Items are returned in re-sellable condition (unless the return is due to damages incurred prior to or during delivery)

 

We can accept cancellations

 Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please note that cancellations may result in cost incurred to customers – see below.

 

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

 Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Conditions of return

 Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
